Alter G Lands in Penn Hills

Come “Walk on Air” using the anti-gravity treadmill. We now have two units – one in Penn Hills and one in Murrysville – and we are changing people’s lives with this device. People that have been unable to walk the track or make it through the grocery store due to pain are walking Pain-Free in our offices. Truly magical! Click on the link for a free ‘test drive’.

How to Make Your Home Safer for Older Guests During the Holidays

  1. Remove throw rugs from the floors as they can cause a guest to trip and fall.
  2. Place items that may be used during the night (phone, lamp, etc) closer to the bed so your guest doesn’t over reach and fall out of bed.
  3. Move bedroom furniture to allow for a straighter shot from the bed to the bathroom, and add a nightlight to illuminate the path.
  4. Make sure electrical cords are behind furniture and not lying on the ground where someone could trip over them.
  5. In the bathroom, you should remove bath mats and if needed purchase a shower chair or grab bars.
