Located in the vibrant community of Scottdale, PA, Scottdale Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is proud to be a division of East Suburban Sports Medicine Center (ESSMC). Since its founding in 2004 by George Hoffman, PT, the center has been dedicated to providing exceptional physical therapy care to the Scottdale community. Upon his retirement, George partnered with ESSMC to ensure his legacy of compassionate and high-quality care would continue. Today, George still occasionally returns to the office to treat patients when a therapist is on vacation
