I've been to a lot of different PT group over the pass 30 + years, I think East Suburban Sports Medicine Center is the best I been to. They have a very nice atmosphere Everyone knows & does there job. If you have a problem while doing a exercise just tell them, they want know & they don't get offended you telling them. They have other ways to work on that area so it don't hurt or make things worst. you always fell better when you leave there

My PT sessions have been very positive thanks to having Vince Pampena as my physical therapist. He is highly knowledgeable. In addition to that, he is compassionate, patient, and very encouraging. The clinic is very clean, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. If ever I need PT in the future, it will always be at East Suburban Sports Medicine Center (Penn Hills).

I have had such a positive experience here, Lauren is great. I wanted to try the dry needling for my legs and feet with such discomfort and some pain. Lauren explains everything very well, the dry needling has helped me very much, less to no pain. I am walking better and able to do things that the pain made it difficult for me to walk a lot. The physical therapy for my ankles has improved my balance. The physical therapy also has strengthened my legs and I am improving walking up and down steps. Thank you Lauren for your help and knowledge! Facility is very clean and bright!

Had a torn bicep tendon - had difficulty picking up a coffee cup. After 4 weeks of therapy and daily exercises, the arm came back to reasonable strength. Kudos to Dave Reynolds and the staff at ESSMC. On my was back to better health with my arm - I highly recommend the services at ESSMC Monroeville.

I started at ESSMC a couple weeks ago after I had my left knee replaced. Nickolas Gennuso is my assigned therapist, and he has done wonderful work with helping me get my mobility back to where it was before my surgery. I'm not there yet, but I have all the confidence in Nickolas and ESSMC that I will get there.
Matt is great, easy to work with. He recognized my multiple issues and is addressing them at each session. I leave the session feeling so much better. Great practice.

Great Place. Anna and everybody there do a great job listening and adjust treatment accordingly. Have come here for both hip and knee replacement, and they made recovery easier each time.
I have received therapy at two ESSMC locations; about two years ago at the one in Plum and more recently at the one in Murrysville. Both locatoins gave me excellent therapy. I feel fortunate that I'm receiving therapy from Tim McHenry who has introduced me to dry needling. There are a couple of other therapists at that location who are also providing that therapy. I am extremely satisfied with my treatment and would highly recommend ESSMC to anyone requiring physical therapy.

I am 67 years old and this is my first experience with PT. Everyone here is so friendly, greeting all patients and giving lots of positive feedback and encouragement too. Personally I like that everything is explained and my homework is printed out for me so I don’t have to rely on memory.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience at this center. Highly recommend. Vince is thorough, patient with questions, listens with purpose and adjusts my program or execution accordingly. My pain has become more manageable from the time that I began PT to now. Even when I am doing things independently in my sessions, he pays attention, notices where I may need to adjust how I am doing something. The overall choreography there is impressive. Vince coordinates my care (and the care of other patients there at the same time) with other team members as needed, ensuring everyone is on the same page. He is easy to work with and appreciate (and rely on) both his deep knowledge and positive, fact-driven approach. Grateful for Vince and the team for their expertise and care in this journey. Bravo!
