Fall Prevention Physical Therapy Program

Stay Independent. Stay Active. Stay Safe.

Falls are one of the leading causes of injury among older adults, but many falls can be prevented. At East Suburban Sports Medicine Center (ESSMC), our Fall Prevention Physical Therapy Program is designed to improve balance, strength, mobility, and confidence while reducing your risk of falling.

Whether you’ve experienced a recent fall, have noticed changes in your balance, or simply want to stay active and independent, our licensed physical therapists develop an individualized program tailored to your needs and goals.
