HEALTHY KNEE PROGRAM

East Suburban Sports Medicine Center’s HEALTHY KNEE Program is designed for
patients recovering from knee injuries, surgeries (such as ACL reconstruction,
meniscus repair, or total knee replacement), and chronic knee conditions (including
osteoarthritis, patellofemoral syndrome, and ligament injuries).

Our Program:

Comprehensive Evaluation:

  • Detailed assessment of strength, range of motion, gait, balance, swelling, and functional limitations
  • Review of surgical protocols or physician orders
  • Goal-setting in collaboration with patient and physician

Individualized Treatment Plan:

  • Tailored exercise prescription (flexibility, strengthening, proprioception, and functional movement)
  • Manual therapy techniques (soft tissue mobilization, joint mobilization, myofascial release, dry needling, etc.)

Progressive Exercise Program:
